In the fall I spend many hours watching and waiting for the bears to appear. Sometimes I am rewarded. Always from a safe distance of course

I grew up by the Sea on the Southeast coast of England. After extensive travels my itchy feet brought me to Canada. Once again I am in my happy place living by the Ocean surrounded by nature. Powell River in beautiful British Columbia is my forever home. Most days in all kinds of weather I can be found photographing wildlife, pretty much anything with feathers, fur or fins. The majority of my photos are taken within a short distance of my home. In my spare time I do volunteer photography for local non profits. Michelle by the Sea!!
